The Oberman Foundation endowment is managed in accordance with IRC 4944. The Oberman Foundation volunteer their time in order to perpetuate the growth of the foundation, the endowment and ensure compliance with IRC 4941.

The Oberman Foundation teamed up with Missionaries of the Poor, Naga City, Philippines this December 2019 to provide 1000 food gift bags to 1000 different underprivileged families around Naga City.
